You can make a payment online through our payment system — all you need is your Ascendus loan number and your checking account or debit card. You can pay as a one-time transaction or set up an account for recurring payments.
How your payment is applied:
Bills are generated before your due date — 10 days in advance for Term Loans, and 14 days for Lines of Credit.
- If you pay before your billing cycle opens, your payment is applied to your current loan balance.
- If you pay after your billing cycle opens, your payment satisfies your upcoming bill.
If your account may be 30 or more days past due, or if you need to discuss payment arrangements, please call us Monday–Friday, 9AM–5PM EST.
