Official Rules
No purchase, payment or donation of any kind is necessary to enter or win. No purchase, payment or donation will improve your chances of winning.
Ascendus, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
This drawing is open only to individuals who received a direct invitation from Ascendus to complete the Ascendus Client Survey. It is not open to the general public.
Entrants must be legal residents of the fifty United States, the District of Columbia or Puerto Rico, and must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors and board members of Ascendus, Inc., and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
The entry period begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time on August 26, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on September 8, 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.
To enter, complete the Ascendus Client Survey using the link sent to you by Ascendus and provide a valid email address on the final screen of the survey.
Providing an email address is optional. You may complete the survey without entering the drawing.
Limit one entry per invited recipient. Entries that are incomplete, illegible or submitted by any means other than the invitation link will not be eligible.
Ten (10) gift cards with a value of $50 each. Total approximate retail value: $500.
Prizes are not transferable and no cash substitution will be made, except that Ascendus reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the entry period.
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries on or about September 11, 2026. The drawing will be conducted by Ascendus, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this drawing.
Winners will be notified by email at the address provided, within five (5) business days of the drawing. A winner must respond within fourteen (14) days of notification to claim the prize. If a winner cannot be reached, does not respond within that period, or is found to be ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.
Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state or local taxes that may apply to the prize.
Email addresses collected for this drawing are stored separately from survey responses. They are used only to administer the drawing and to contact winners, and are deleted once all prizes have been awarded.
Survey responses are reported in aggregate and are not linked to individual entrants. Participation in this drawing has no effect on any current or future application, loan, account or relationship with Ascendus.
